Terms

We accept both both raw/ungraded and graded cards. 

Cards that are submitted and appraised at a value less than $10 will not be sold through GC Consignment. Cards with a value of less than $10 will be shipped back to the seller (at the seller's expense). Glads Collectibles is not responsible for any damages during shipping. It is encouraged to send your submission with tracking. It is the responsibility of the seller to insure packages above $100 in value in the case of lost or damaged packages. Glads Collectibles is only liable when cards are received. 

The processing times of each submission quantity are listed below:

• 1 – 10 Cards:  5 business days 

• 11 – 25 Cards: 5 – 7 business days

• 26 – 50 Cards: 5 – 10 business days

• 51 – 100 Cards: 7 – 10 business days

• 101 – 200 Cards: 10 – 14 business days

• 201 – 350 Cards: 14 business days

After cards are processed, we will provide the detailed inventory which includes the list price of each card prior to posting. All list prices MUST be approved by seller prior to Glads Collectibles activating each listing.

If the seller wants to be involved in the consignment process, they must provide list price for each card after Glads Collectibles returns the detailed inventory. We highly recommend that the seller takes the market value into consideration when determining the list price of each card. 

Payouts are based on INDIVIDUAL card sales prices and are applied to each individual item not the total sales.

You MUST have or create a PayPal account or eTransfer set up to be able to receive payouts from Glads Collectibles Consignment. 

Payouts are made within 3-5 business days after the card has sold and is based only on available balance (i.e., card(s) must have sold to receive a payout). 

Please note cards should have a value of over $25 to benefit most from Glads Collectibles Consignment services.

Individual cards may not be requested to be returned at any time. If you require card(s) to be returned for any reason, the entire submission will be returned and shipping will be invoiced. 

Conditions

Submitted cards are not altered in any way, shape or form. Any cards without a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for in-person autographs are subject to Glads Collectibles' approval prior to listing. 

Glads Collectibles is not liable for submitted cards until they have been received. Glads Collectibles will not provide any reimbursements if submitted cards do not arrive. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the cards arrive safely to Glads Collectibles. 

When Glads Collectibles completes the detailed inventory, there is a possibility that the cards will not meet the minimum threshold (value of less than $10). As such, you run the risk of being invoiced for return shipping. 

All cards are sold as buy it now for both the hassle free and involved service. All cards will be posted to both the Glads Collectibles website AND eBay. 

Glads Collectibles does not provide a guarantee that your cards will be sold. We do provide the detailed inventory based on the most recent market values and suggest the most competitive price to ensure sales occur. If any, or all, of your cards do not sell after 100 days on the market, Glads Collectibles will either return the cards to you OR re-appraise the cards to assess for any market fluctuations. This will be decided in the GC Consignment Intake Form. Additional fees will apply for return shipping.
